CranioSacral Therapy (CST)
is a gentle and noninvasive technique that primarily focuses on releasing tensions in and around the central nervous system, the hard drive of the body. Something often misunderstood, by also balancing all of the connective tissues. Connective tissues, "connect", everything in the body. Wrapping around the brain, spinal cord (the CranioSacral system), muscles, bones, organs etc…
Visceral Manipulation (VM)
releases tension around the organs and where they attach in the body. Increasing organ motility and function. (This is a deeper knowledge of how everything in the body is all connected).
Myofascial Release (MFR)
is a specific technique and approach to address the connective tissues of the muscles more directly.
Lymph Drainage Therapy (LDT)
Is a manual approach to stimulate the removal of waste products and inflammation.

Every session always begins from a CranioSacral Therapy point of view. Then, blending in other techniques as needed.
What does that mean?
No one is coming to me for just one technique. It’s a blend customized to your body’s specific needs.
You are one human being with one human body. An accumulation of all of your own bumps, bruises, and life experiences from conception to today. No two people have the same pattern. Your tension patterns are just as unique to you as your fingerprints. I use a combination of all the techniques to promote balance. Viewing your body as a whole.
